THIS METHOD IS OUTDATED. USE THE ONE DESCRIBED IN THIS THREAD!


OUTDATED INFO
Change Any Language to ENGLISH

First Download Below Files

1. http://members.iinet.net.au/~BelziBhaal/English%20Localizations/ (Download 6 Files, iwd localization files)

2. Then Download Zone/English Files (Part 1 and Part 2), 4 NCF Files, and Some files want to copy :

NCF Files (4 Files) : http://www.multiupload.com/ALX2UQORWL
Zone/English Files (Part 1) : http://www.multiupload.com/EDCD5OWZKK
Zone/English Files (Part 2) : http://www.multiupload.com/VK0QFXKJ0N

Then some important files and localization.txt : http://www.multiupload.com/RDTWSIU7AZ

Copy the Above files to respective folders.

--------------------------------

Now Copy following files
1. Copy whole group of Zone/English files to Steam/Steamapps/Black Ops/Zone/English

2. Copy Localization.txt file to / Steam/Steamapps/Black Ops

3. Copy 6 Localization_English.iwd Files (Total 500 MB) to Steam/Steamapps/Black Ops/main

4. Copy the zone/common files to Steam/Steamapps/Black Ops/Zone/Common

5. Copy NCF files to Steam/Steamapps

Log into steam...then start MP Game

Only Tested for Multiplayer Legit Keys.

I need the game itself. How am I supposed to get it english if I don't even have it's files?

After downloading, unpack it with WinRAR. Then you have to delete the following files from the game:
from the folder "main":
localized_Russian_iw00.iwd
localized_Russian_iw01.iwd
localized_Russian_iw02.iwd
localized_Russian_iw03.iwd
localized_Russian_iw04.iwd
localized_Russian_iw05.iwd
and the folder "russian" from the "zone". Now just copy the files unpacked in place of those removed. Overridden the two files and localization.txt installscript.vdf. And we have a game in English.

ty but when i try to save the game it not save then when i start the game agin it not give me from where i save it give me from the begin of the game plz help

In mission intro voice is in rus, but text in english :/

It works !

Multiplayer say that server is not avalaible, but i think it's normal cause of the key.

After "RUS -> ENG" tut you also have a Russian voice in the movies before the mission start? But the text is in English...

I started the singleplayer for the first time and it said error cant find maps/cuba.d3dbsp can you please upload this file and tell me where to put it?

also I cant start zombie solo map it gives same error theatre.bsp please upload all singleplayer maps and zombie maps.

I did everything right, but the movie scenes are still in russian, why???
everything else is english
