Ok this is what I did...

Tested and works !!!

I have a russian steam preloaded files

preloaded files are from MDF file ==>

which I founded on some site...can't remeber right now which it was

then open Pheonix 1.4 beta 7 and update "ContentDescriptionRecord"

after that go to "instruments => SID Unpacker", select your SIM file, scan it and select all files like this

and hit unpack to extract files from SID !


then I taked this patch+cArck

Run "Black Ops.reg!!"
and this is how u install Russian version !!

Nothing new, thats how you extract sids after encryption key is updated with phoenix...

and u have patch+crack...I think that is better to create this topic so who has russ ver and don't know how to install, he can see how to do it...this is step by step and I just want to help others.
