need to say sry for tf2, its not possible cause:

1. missing gore content
2. it dont use commandline parameter for cutting/uncutting

same for everything else in orangebox or download versions of titles in orangebox.

but u can download the missing content and just place it in a directory in:
x:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\username\team fortress 2\tf\uncut

the engine is forced to load the new content instead the one in team fortress 2 low violence.gcf

ps. i bought tf2 today and must say, its the first game ever wich i like more in cut way then in uncut.

Thanks for your answer, zens0red. However, playing cut gives disadvantages to you (i.e. you don't see the blood of an invisible spy when you hit him, so you don't know if there is really one).

I put -sillygibs on my launch options for TF2 it lets you play with the censored gibs - gears and other random objects come out when you kill people, it's cool

Doesn't work for me, German L4D2 Cut Newest Version, game starts, but in the background a pop-up says Ups, something went wrong. Couln't patch.
Tried with and without admin rights
