I have cd key of HL 2 but i dont have the DVD to active th cd key.

I think mini-ISOs no longer worked, but don't quote me on that. Maybe it was the mini-GCFs and I'm mixing them up.

activate it with steam :?
DVD activation isn't needed/(supported) anymore by steam
make sure it isn't activated before and important! make sure it's official!

the cd key its from a DVD but this dvd with my cousin and he is in another country

just ask it with mail,text message or even call him BUT if the cd IS activated it cannot be activated again!!
