Hello, everybody

I'm new to this forum and let's say - new to Steam. I have some questions concerning Steam and it's "cracked" games.

Let's start from the beginning:
1) Is it possible to download games from Steam server for free? If yes, then how?
2) What tools I need to use to install/play Steam games? I know of Phoenix, RevEmu+RevLoader
3) What is the purpose of Cracked Steam? Can you do something you normally couldn't that way?

I know how to use search and of course you can remind me that, but first - please give me some keywords which can be helpful.

Nothing to feel stupid about. All of us have been new to this Steam cracking stuff at some point. And you're apparently willing to learn, which is a difference from many new users here.
