I think i have a prob with the Azureus Bittorent client..My connection speed is DSL CABLE 1.5MB/s..using ethernet 10mb port..i'd nvr had problems with downloads..they were olwes fast n smooth..bt when i downloaded this bittorent & tht css file, it stays in the yellow zone forevr..& the speed is sucky at less than 5KB/S! I mean wtf..i'v olwes downloaded stuff at over 100KB/s..can some1 tell me wad mite b the problem? Can't believe it..Half hour through the ETA is still 22 DAYS 0 H 4XXmb!!?? LOL..if it could b made into a ZIP/RAR/ACE/EXE file i'm sure it'd b much much much easier to download..Normally for a file abt 500mb it takes me abt 3hrs to download in average..

there could be alot of peeps d.ling it, i dunno....make sure your unpnp is turned on in your services.msc . i have 3.0 dsl; and it took me 2 hours to d/l, so check your settings.....or tey another version...there is more on that supernova page, look for one that has alot of seeders at the time.

i followed it exactly.. but it still says "Steam validation rejected"

did u try logging on to steam, check remember password, then copy clientblob and put it in css folder? then close steam?

dont worry about the save thing, doesnt matter

try logging on to steam and then playing, maybe this will work for you

6. make a shortcut of HL2.exe shortcut on your desktop w/ the taget
-steam -console -game cstrike -heapsize 128000
(make sure there is a space between "C:/yourinstallpath"and the -steam.....)

what is the -heapsize 128000 <-- What is that for?
it worked well till nov 5th with
-steam -console -game cstrike

I know this is gonna piss off every one but how do you fix the protocole 5 bug? i've downloaded the v5 from emporio, applied it, and added -heapsize 128000 and when i try to join a server it says protocol (6) you have protocol 5 etc and ive tried to play with and without steam opened.
Did anyone find a solution yet ?(if yes can you give me link plz?)
