By playing Crysis 3 MP i understand the way we played Crysis 2 in Crytek servers when cd-check was failing at some point of the day.
Like I said, it's not real Crysis 3 MP, it's cracked Crysis 2 Beta. Serverside cracked and servers are easy to make via Tunngle. The nanowars mod add new Crysis 3 features, like maps and weapons, into the game. The mod is still work in progress and it's developed by H3rk. I hope you understand now
Patch is out guys, hope Reloaded is going to crack it. Here's the Changelog:

Data Patch B is a behind the scenes update and is automatically downloaded when entering Multiplayer. Patch B contains the following tweaks:
Melee whilst sliding damage reduced to match patch A's melee damage Typhoon mid range damage reduction Bow sensitivity reduced to match Assault Scope values on PS3/X360 as they have similar zoom values. PC remains as before SCAR+Laser long distance effectiveness reduced. Threat Awareness module levelling targets reduced to 3/10 enemy C4's destroyed Potential fix for "Incoming!" Skill Assessment not levelling up correctly Fix for Social Challenge skill assessments not being tracked correctly
