CS.RIN.RU - Steam Underground Community

I have two SimCity.exe, one in SimCity/SimCityRecovery and the other in SimCity/SimCityUserData/Patches/UpdatedApp. My antivirus doesn't seem to be affecting them, however running both of them returns the error message "Missing required file "ssleay32.dll"".

your missing the exe from C:\Program Files (x86)\SimCity\SimCity folder.
My AV deleted it while it was extracting it, so added it to exclusion list,
starts fine using that exe as as well as launcher in main folder.

Right, yes, that was missing. My antivirus detected the threat VirTool.Win32.Generic. I wonder if this is actually safe to run.

Hopefully the new DLC-unlocking crack will not be so malicious as this exe.


Anyway, for what I could see, Sandbox does not work properly, as buildings are not unlocked and you do not start with a million simoleons (however the cheats do work as expected, and you could just give you more money to partially fix this).

The achievements also seem to be completely absent. I know this is an offline version, but they should be present regardless, I would assume. They were in Vulpes Zedra's version.

Just unpack the archive in the game directory and use the .reg file (32bit or 64bit).
Run the game using simcity.exe file in the "<gamedir>\simcity\"

Put 'Data.package' from 'de-de' folder into '.\SimCity\SimCityData\Locale\en-us' folder. Backup previous file first.
You can also put 'de-de' folder into '.\SimCity\SimCityData\Locale\', but I don't know how to switch locales.
