reinstalled on w8.1x64 & it now started fine :?:

will reboot & see if it starts up on win7 too..

exactly my issue, all ive ever gotten with Razor's version, is the black screen with mouse pointer, & music in background.

Can upload that folder ?



Sometimes I also get blackscreen, but in the launcher: Just click on the bottom right corner, the button is active but for some reason the launcher doesn't refresh (happens even with uncracked exe).

Hi guys i'm in need of some help, every time I fire up the game it is asking for activation :(. could someone please give me the correct download links and some install instructions as I just cant get it to run. Thanks in advance.

Just copy the razor crack / dlc unlocker to the Game\SimCity folder, also the 1911.dll will be blocked by several security products, so before applying disable the real-time protection, then add the Game folder to the exclusion list to prevent from later detections.

not sure what im doing wrong but I just cant get it to run. I install the razor1911 iso then copy over the crack from the dlc unlocker click on SimCity.exe and my pc just freezes, the only thing I can do is reset my pc :(

I simply changed the registry entry to my language and started the razor executable in the simcity\simcity subdirectory, it always starts using my language, I don't understand why many of you needed this tool... it should be unnecessary, as long as you correctly installed the language packs I uploaded some days ago and used the correct executable, not the launcher one in the main game directory. Unless obviously you are too lazy to press Esc key one time when you start the game :roll:

does anyone know why the cracks all freeze my pc ? the only crack I can get to work is the ali213 from page 13 of this thread but that does not unlock the dlc's. is there something else I should be installing ? Thanks.

make sure your AV is set to exclude the base gamefolder.

DELETE everything in it, leaving an empty folder.
Install the RAZOR ISO version, install to that same empty gamefolder.

Then extract the 2 files from SimCity_Cities_Of_Tomorrow_Expansion_Pack-RazorDOX
into the SimCity\SimCity subfolder. Then extract the files from
SimCity_DLC_Unlocker-RazorDOX into that same subfolder.

I tried different versions of the game, & this was the only way I could get
this game running, after trying everything in this & other forums.

Yes, I just noticed this myself too last night (let the firewall allow internet access for the game exe). Thanks anyway for the info, will be useful for anyone who have the same issue. :)

SimCity perfectly works with blocked exe for me (Razor1911's crack). It starts much faster that way.

same here, i have had the .exe blocked the whole time without issue.

Thanks for the help but im still getting pc freeze when I try to open the game. something must be wrong with my pc, I think im going to give up lol.

I'm getting the opposite. Game loads and runs fine, but when exiting, it crashes every time, no big deal, but irritating lol.

I don't get the issue myself. Meh. My 6 year old daughter likes to play it. lol. My wife likes it too. I don't care either way for it.
