The ISO adds a 'free' game Complimentary ---- MLB Front Office Manager I don't know if that suffices to turn your free/useless Steam account into a 'premium' one (because it's Complimentary, not Retail), I only used NBA 2K9 and MLB Front Office Manager to add two more to my 700+ Steam games

Currently there is not any method available to activate the Friends feature on Steam  Except buying a less than $5 game. |
