I noticed something after deleting the folders data/fonts and data/localisation to fix the garbeld fonts/menu in shadow warrior.
When i went to play the game the next day,there was two folders in the game folder,
data/fonts00 and data/localisation00 ,which i had to delete again before booting up the game .
If you leave them in,the font/menu will be garbled again. you must be using a repack because the org game files only have one folder in the data dir data\sounds the rest of the files in the data folder are .bin files YEP,KAOSKREW repack,i have a very bad tmobile 3g connection atmo ,so as much as i'd love to get the proper releases ,it's just not poss. as things stand right now. Though sometimes i do go for a full release ,if it's something special. Though it means days and days of downloading at stupid speeds

Though it means days and days of downloading at stupid speeds that's how KAOS repacks are, they extract the main files into subfolders, then change the exe to read from extracted folder rather then main file, that's how almost all of their repacks are AND why a lot of updates afterwards don't work. _________________

as i said its gona take a while for them to patch this game up , what is this like the 5th patch in 2 weeks , lols , i foresee some nice dlc as well

That small patch fixes some things about achievements so no need of it really.

It's not Gog fault. It's game developers that are sending patches to steam and they are ignoring GOG. I hope the situation will change: I prefer Gog version, no damn DRM or cracks.

Big good patch this time.
A trick for Gog users: you can get the data directory files from kevinyang's updates and overwrite the gog files. It will not be a true 1.05 version and Exe will still be 1.02 but by doing this you can benefit of some patched content of steam version in the Gog one. I still hope Gog and Flyingwildhog will wake up and properly patch that damned Gog release.
