- Copy all the contents in "C:\Program Files (x86)\F1 2013" overwriting
Okay, well, my experiences with the different cracks:
RELOADED crack/emu (also included in the 0x0007 release which I have as I'm playing the game in German, size of "steam_api.dll": 643 KB):
+ stable
- does not let you change your player name
- does not let you save car setups
SKIDROW crack/emu posted here (size of "steam_api.dll": 96,5 KB):
- does not start the game with the RELOADED *.exe file at all, F1 2013 logo pops up and disappears again
Original 3DM crack/emu (size of "steam_api.dll": 241 KB):
+ lets you change the player name
+ lets you save car setups
- game freezes when pressing the "quit" button -> unstable
So after all this I took the "steam_api.dll" from NASCAR: The Game 2013 (size of "steam_api.dll": 229 KB) which is also from 3DM. Result:
+ lets you change the player name
+ lets you save car setups
+ game does not freeze when pressing the "quit" button -> stable
I recommend using it as I didn't have any problems with it so far (no crashes, freezes etc.). Started a new career with it (didn't lose much of previous progress) and completed the Young Drivers Test with gold medals only.
