EW received several patches since release. The Long War MOD for EW is in beta currently and hopefully get bugfixed by the time we get a scene release. LW MOD's new code is finally XCOM patch-friendly and doesn't need turning off phone home. Hopefully it will work with the scene release too.

this probably will only work on Ivy bridge processors.

How change language after this patch? I am set russian in 3DMGAME.ini but language in english.

You must run the game from xcomlauncher.exe and game folder name must be XEW otherwise launcher will crash.
XEW\Binaries\Win32\XCOMLauncher.exe
