Nice tutorial. I bet it works. But it is not actually support. Emulating the controller is just...weird (developers still can also do it in such a way  )
And another thing is that force feedback requires a remaking because now it's ridiculous... I play on the xbox controller and it vibrates at random locations

You're confused. It isn´t the same vibration that FORCE FEEDBACK RESPONSE. They are two very different things. XBOX gamepad does not support FORCE FEEDBACK RESPONSE, my G25 with Logitec Software do it.

With my tutorial are achieved both because not only emulates the gamepad, also the software that handles the wheel to do the job properly used.

Also, what to you seems random vibrations are due to small rocks, pebble and uneven terrain. I think you have not driven a real 4x4 off road.

I respect your position, but I'll keep using my steering wheel while you wait.

Greetings.

Actually, I meant vibration on the asphalt road for no reason.

Hotfix 19.06.2014
Spoiler
Valued Customers,

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for purchasing and showing great interest in SPINTIRES, the response we have had has been overwhelming!

After reviewing and monitoring the issues reported, we are pleased to announce that a Hotfix is now available. This update fixes the following issue(s):

- Vehicle wheels becoming stuck under the map (described here http://www.oovee.co.uk/forum/topic/5963 ... -map/)

We understand the importance of updating our platform and therefore we endeavour to provide regular updates. This is an example of a small bug fix, but we have plans for large scale updates in the coming week, including "camera" improvements (as largely requested).

Happy Offroading!

Oovee Game Studios.

I think i've done everything right for the multiplayer, however i only see about 2 or 3 servers, and none are spintires games (cs_office, galaxy map) . I followed the steps properly but the game will not launch unless i use the CODEX.exe that came with the torrent. If i use the .exe that was just released today for the update, the game will not launch. Im wondering is this maybe why i can't find any spintires maps, since it was just updated today? I was able to connect to 1 match so far in the past few hours, and havnt seen another session since

Also i've sat in a created lobby for 30 minutes and not a single person has joined. Im not sure if there are just very few people that use this multiplayer, or whether i have a problem on my end. Any help is appreciated

You do not need SmartSteamEmu. Just use normal steam and SPINTIRES.V1.0.Steamworks.Fix-RVTFiX.

there are just not enough people playing the game. Since we're not playing with the "real" spintires community, we're just left with our community, and our community simply isn't that big in spintires.
