You can actually unlock the milestones, it just displays wrong.

Crack works, as several users said, once you reach the "Proper" milestone it unlocks things like Clinic and Police station. Crack just fails to display them correctly etc. Still game needs a Traffic AI Update badly. Why do I bild 3 lanes when they all clock up middle lane.

I have some crashes when loading the save.
Also people are complaining about same crash on IPT. Somebody recommended run the game in vista sp2 mode.
+ It use alot of ram. 4 GB easily.

I just can't believe there is no auto save because I got CTD (crash to desktop). I'm sad.
For me the game uses only 2 GB cos I have 4GB (3,5 usable) RAM in my PC

In terms of performance my game runs really well.
Uses about 3GB of RAM and 2.2GB of VRAM.

I got deluxe edition of this game. What should I do to check out the pre order bonuses? Do you think are there any specific files related to them or just some kind of .ini file activation?
