First time I downloaded pre-loaded files, so please advice me what I have to do.
I guess I have to move the files to the steam folder and downloading the rest of the files from steam? And then waiting for a steamworkfix?

here is a tutorial from punchao, how to extract pre-loads with sisinstall (really easy) ;)

write in google sisinstall.. first link is from cs.rin.ru and you have download there :)
