I haven't sat down to try to play it fully again yet but did you use the exe that was included for FFXIII-2 or did you just use the steam_apis by themselves?

If you want just english VO from the CODEX Release, delete all files in \alba_data\... ending with a c.
For example:
\alba_data\movies\moviec.win32.bin
\alba_data\sys\filelist_scrc.win32.bin
\alba_data\sys\white_imgc.win32.bin
\alba_data\sys\white_scrc.win32.bin
\alba_data\zone\white_z0010c_img.win32.bin
And so on. If you want only jap VO, the opposite (delete all files ending with an u). This way you can save 13gb.

Does anybody know if the game has a set of unlockables linked to the ownership of some savedata from the previous FF, as it had on PS3? I'm wondering if I have to manually put my FFXIII saves in a specific directory for it to work(right now they are under a Reloaded subfolder, which the new game obviously ain't going to recognize), or if it's just not true anymore on the PC.

Somebody knows a way to change the controller buttons ? Its unplayable for me, im playing witha PS2 controller and the buttons are inverted, I searched 3 days and nothing works

3DM lang change doesnt work, same in 13-1. Use Codex Crack, change lang in ini=profit
