It's also a terrible port, as expected. Performance is flawless IN BATTLE but it has 30fps cap in menus and, irritatingly and bizarrely, it also has a 30fps cap during camera sequences too - like character intros and battle win poses. What the hell is wrong with you, Tecmo? What the HELL is wrong with you? It uses 50% of my GTX780, which means recommended/required specs are very accurate, this is at 1080p with 4xSSAA and 4k shadows and only uses 1GB of VRAM but!!!! it has the WORST multithreaded CPU performance I've seen in years -- 100% of Core0, 9-15% on each of the other cores.

>no graphics configuration other than AA/Shadow quality
>PS3 effects
>Missing stages
>no remappable keys
>no Soft Engine
>no online play
>lousy textures
>lousy background detail
>Bizarre 30fps caps in bizarre scenarios
>AWFUL CPU utilisation, this is effectively a single-core game.

.... and the worst part of it? I'm actually still happy it's here. I missed Dead or Alive, absolutely LOVE the series.. but man... why did it have to come with such an abysmal port?

But the controls are all over the place on the keyboard ... I want to rebind them , those settings are made by an asshole who wants to piss people off .

WSAD IJKLNM, basically. Not very fun for the fingers. You'd be far better served with a controller or fight stick :\

Corrupted ISO/download then, if it was a torrent; force recheck. If it was something else; redownload.

Great dual core cpu shouldn't be a problem then.

It's basically a crappy hybrid of PS3 and PS4, most likely the basic Arcade version and the Arcade runs on RingeEdge2 hardware -- a dual-core i3 and a GTS455. If your dualie is powerful, I don't see any trouble playing this :)

Is the online functionality not yet implemented (proper) or could a Steamworks fix still work? That is, is it a server-related thing or is literal net code missing?

Funnily enough, if you ARE a fighting game fan - especially ones that are very technical and combo heavy - I think you'd really enjoy this. <PS4 visual quality aside it still is a very good game and at least it runs on plenty of hardware :P

Not part of the game at all, it's literally not yet enabled.
