yeah, desktops r the best for css....believe it or not i have only: 2500 + amd 640 ddr ram 5200 nvidia 128mb pci card and i have no problems... the other day i was downloading on azureus w/ about 80 kbps and 20 kb/s upload...and still recieving 40-60 fps and no lag, hitboxes were slightly off though
