Is it possible to steal off Ebay telling the seller that i'll Paypal after i recieve it and if i don't like it i'll send the item back? Then keep it for myself and not pay at all. Would i get arrested?

paypal is concipied for preventing such persons like you!
you've to pay, the seller gets a notification that you have paid to them, and after you get your item you give paypal the notification you've recieved it and the seller gets his money.

yea... i got in trouble for biddin fakely and i ended up wastin $50 on a cheap used copy of HL1

Ahaha, 12year old can do alot more than most people in this forum, i know a kid (actually my lil cousin) hes 13 and he knows alot about, scripting, bugging, keylog makeing, chip decoding, hacking.... He is a smart little fuck!  I'm jelous of him
