The download speed of Bittorrent depends on many things: seed, peer, tracker, your ISP, etc.... and no matter what Bittorrent client u are using, u will not get the maximum of your actual download speed caused this is p2p :wink: . From my experience, BitComet seems to download very fast but Azureus has a better GUI :wink:. So I recommend u use both of them, oh and Bittornado is also a good choice :wink:

Yeah thats true. I didn't mean that bitcomet downloads faster I meant it "feels faster". Not the download speed but the speed of the program.
I think azureus might be harder on your machine (Important if you got an old computer) coz it's java based. And since it's java based it should work on Linux to.
