This block doesn't really change anything for me (I rarely use TPB, and there are millions of proxies available), but I despise the politics behind it. If CAPIF really wanted to stop piracy, they should start by going after the guys who directly make a profit from it selling pirated DVDs in the streets. Oh, wait, those pay bribes to the police, so no one will ever touch them :roll:

I hope this doesn't start a trend, staining Argentina's otherwise decent Internet freedom record.

Yep, it's blocked... I use IP-Next ISP, which is routed through Fibertel I believe.
This sucks, I DO use it... Hopefully, http://pirateproxy.in works...
