I don't think there are any defined for that registry value. However:
0x2 - disable WebDAV and SMB CWD loading
0xFFFFFFFF - disable loading DLLs from CWD entirely.

You might fail to realize it, but depending on the application his can result in a single HTTP link click and you got exploited.
