What happens to the download speed when the other downloaded torrents are seeding? i am using bittorrent and i have 5 torrents which are downloaded and seeding and i have resident evil 4 downloading at a speed of 10Kb/h which is 2.49gb. how do i speed up the download? will removing torrents help speeding it up? are the uploading files from resident evil 4 while downloading slowing it down?

It depends. Seeding isn't uploading. You could be seeding a thousand torrents without uploading on any of them. Now, if you are uploading, your connection should work like a "pipe", so maxing out your upload may slow your downloading down. You can solve this by limiting your upload speed to 75 or 80 percent of its maximum.
