I'm posting this massage from friend PC,cuz I got IP banned at my home PC from this board...{my current regular account seems to be fine,which that I'm posting this massage}
the IP ban is permanent...
I don't know why I got this,I didn't post here for long time and I didn't break any laws when I was here...{some people may know me as "Keeper",I changed name recently} the place that I live has "sharing" IP at some locations,so maybe someone from my place got the ban?

any case,can I PM my IP and you lift the IP ban?

I just PM you,I used sites to check my extrnal IP address when I was at my Home PC,hope it's should be enough.

Also, since the IP was in the ban database, it most likely changed and it's another entry being matched now. You might want to perform an anti-virus scan as well, since there could have been a spambot causing the IP ban.

It's not the same IP, but if you're no longer banned, I don't think it really matters

ok,the issue is back.... I think that in my location there is dynamic IP or something like that.
the IP address seems to Switched on PC's around where I live,so I think sometime I got banned,sometime someone else got the IP banned instead of of me...

any Idea how it can be fixed?

You can ask your ISP (Internet Service Provider) to hold an IP... Many ISPs will ask you to pay for it.
Anyway if you do it, it doesn't mean you get the right IP (the one where you aren't banned).
Better to think twice before to ask for getting a single IP.

For the moment try simply resetting your modem and try if you can access the forum each time you do it.
Do it a couple of times, if it don't work, nevermind this.
For the Internal Modem and the Internet Key, just Disable it from the Control Panel... and Re-Enable it.

If you get the right IP try not to shut down your modem if you have one EXTERNAL, for INTERNAL i mean 52k modem as a PCI module or a Internet Key.
Erm... for External i mean this...

and the modems like that...

With both these procedures your ISP "should" give you a different IP.
