ok,seems the problem has been solved now in my home PC.
I sent {just in case} another IP address to .Rar,I think the Unbanedd for the IP that I gave worked,but like I said,there is "sharing IP"
I think there is more then one IP that has been banned.
so I think only one IP to Unbanned in it will be solved forever...

ok,wrong IP... I'm unbanned at my original home PC,so I think the problem is basically solved...
