How to get this?

First off, you'll need a Polish Proxy.

The Polish IP I used was: 193.105.248.70:8080 so configure that in your browser srttings.

Then you'll want to register on THIS site
http://forum.cdaction.pl/index.php?act=Reg&CODE=00

Once you register, and confirm the account and log in. You can then go to THIS link

Multiplayer. Only way to activate friends on steam since the AIWAR keys were all used
