I live over 65KM away from France. I think that would be a little odd if your account suddenly was over 65KM away from where you normally are.

Valve should not be able to take any action against that. One could have moved, be on a vacation, do a year of studies abroad and so on, for which they obviously should not disable your account.

What I did for Neobux is I made a custom bot and had it run all the time, but that's how I got banned. I may make another one sometime but first, I need another Paypal account.

Investing is not a guarantee for anything. You'd need to put so much time into analyzing stuff that you're more likely to lose your investment than gain anything. Neobux is actually quite complicated and to earn something from it, you'd need to treat it like a part-time job.
