Do you play good ole’ CS 1.6 still or CS:Source?

I play Source sometimes, but it lags too much. And there are better players on 1.6.

As per the decision to use css instead of cs 1.6 at cpl events..

Many cal-i clans among other clans just didnt decide to go to the events and or protested their decision.


As Cs source is the most random nub friendly game on the face of this planet.

TO quote Natu from Dskyline.

"I do not believe CS Source is at all what anyone expected. The animations, the no recoil on the weapons. It is 100% something new. And this is something older clans do not want to get used to."

So because of the complaints received by many people..

A group of people are gathering together to create Pro Mod. a basically full blown 1.6 conversion to the source engine. New map textures etc etc but still 1.6. Which is just what I expected from Valve but no. They decided to anally rape me and my computer ^_^

Anyways enough with this Source is fun but horrible for professional play as clans have stated. If you believe it is not, your just a nub. ^_^ :twisted:

But the recoil on the AK seems alot more that on 1.6.

Agreed, CS:S is a nub friendly game.

cs 1.6 all the way. 13:13, how is that possible. We all just said cs, who went for css.
About the ak, the recoil is nonexistent in css, I tested all the guns. I stood at a wall and shot about 10 bullets for all guns on full auto.
Only the last 4 started going off a little.

CPL and WCG are different tournaments held at different times of the year from what ive seen and known.

People who go to the CPL and want to win or try their skills against other clans also go to the WCG.

Then there is the ESWC. Which is a pretty important tournament where the best of the best meet.
