Sign up for an email account at any of the above email account providers.

Then, get this application - www.peer2mail.com. With that app, you can easily upload and download stuff from and to your new email account, and it auto splits it into the appropriate size (you have to fill in the size).

Someone could upload all the gcf files and use peer2mail's encrypted password restricted functions to let people download them!

Read http://www.peer2mail.com/help.html for more information on peer2mail features, especially the auto downloader and the encrypted password functions.

What do you mean? Can you be more specific?

Also, I updated the links and added more email provider websites. I suggest you using the ones that I have already found the pop/smtp servers for.
