u can use dr divx to shrink a movie...but it takes some time to do one

hi guys... i've started to make a collection of movies for myself... the collection is 100 odd, mostly downloaded... but what i want to do now is to make a rip from a VCD (i don't have a dvd drive), and make it smaller to fit 1 cd... does anyone know of a program or a tutorial for that....? if anyone could share it, that wud be nice... thx... |

try D.I.K.O it will convert divx movies to KVCD format. KVCD is compressed to fit on one 700 mb CDR!!!! |

does it hamper the quality of the video...?? i want 2 avseq01.dat files (around 650-700mb each) to fit onto 1 cd.... |

compressing that much will damper the quality somewhat...i recommend saving up for a dvd burner
