hey all i decided to start this thread beaceu of phone unlocking hobies i was wondering i have compiled some info on unlocking the sidekick and programing programis through sdk. i was wondering if anyone had any info on how to get free tmobile internet on the sidekick2 for free ? the sdk alone should be enough to program a app that will take advantage of the network hear is the site with some sdk downloads ect...

i hope after unlocking the sidekick2 we can devolope a code out of the sdk to get acess to overpriced tmobile web for free i know we can do it i just nead soe help...

A r u c a r d do you want to crack tmobile ? i think all sidekicks use the same type of login server auntentaation same as your comany outside usa. i was taling to guy from dangert and he said sidekick has to have a cetrain type of internet a special sidekick inter net

Fact of the matter is that 60 dollars a month for unlimited internet a 6 mb email inbox unlimited text and instant messaging free nights and weekends free fridays.

That is easily the best and cheapest cell phone pricing in the US.

I mean theres nextel. Giving unlimitd everything. BUT it is 200 dollars a month.

I am currently with sprint I pay 40 dollars a month for 300 !! minutes and free nights and weekends. FUCK THAT. Too much money for that shit.

So im going to terminate it.

And as far as cracking tmobile goes. I dont know. I sure the hell wouldnt want to get in trouble for any shit like that. ^_^

As I stated 60 bucks for all that is nothing. My ex girlfriend has tmobile. Service is NOT as bad as many of these dumbass people make it seem.

Just dont go where obviously you wont get good reception. Basements, tunnels, among other areas you wont get great reception with any carrier.

This I tested with nextel tmobile sprint pcs verizon wireless cingular and at&t wireless.

but as i'm 15 and 30 bucks isnt that much but as i'm with sprint also i just want to find out how to get free tmobile internet maybe i can test something wiht the apn and username ect...

For this you have to read up on how its internet works. (I personally have looked up onto everything)

You need a username and pass to log into the tmobile wireless network.

Same goes when you try to connect to the web via sprint. Username and pass. Most of the time it is preconfigured to the phone. (With sprint it always is)

With tmobile nextel at&t and cingular. They use SIM cards.
So you can buy unlocked phones from ebay or somewhere and place your SIM card in it and it wil work just like that.

No need to get a phone only tmobile has. When you can use all SIM carded phones if they are unlocked with tmobile or any other SIM card oriented company ^_^

i figured a way on my old tmobile to use the internet for free..
kinda easy...but they disabled it last month..no more sports scores from yahoo : (

But it would be a very high risk of getting caught to try to get free internet from them.

Especially since the SIM chip holds ALL of your cell phone information. Phone Number username etc etc.

this simcard was purchased on ebay its a tmobile prepaid sym card it lets me send textmesgeges but its like credit i have to use. and the sidekick2 i got it from someone who stole it for 100 bucks. and was about ot activate yesterday but i said there has to be a way to get free internet on tmobile . but the thing is getting someone to enter username and password.

I see what your talkin about and your lucky about the 100 dollar part.

But using it prepad sucks ass....

Better off really getting a plan. Btw how is the reception on it?

Many people say bad but I used it just fine.

Also yes the username and password part. That could be bypassed if someone felt like spending their time on it.

But I dont know anyone who would spend that type of time on something they dont even have and or cannot get.
