i think its like 65mb a second or a minute... still, if atleast 200 people do this their webserver will be extremely slow or even halt, we need to find a better protocol to use cuz icmp can be blocked, ive been running it for about 15 minutes and my connection is slow, i tried running more than 1 but it cut my connection in pulses

It's packet size in bytes, so it's 65kb, and it's time in ms, so it's 1 millisecond. 1 thousandth of a second. So it's trying to send 65kb 100 times per second. Your connection can't even cope with that.
That's why you need a few people to do it.

The best way to screw the server is like this because it wont time out until there server cant handle it anymore and once it is down our pings will not reply

I think what you should do is put the biggest packet size your connection can cope with, and the biggest that it can do without getting no reply. I think it's best if you get a reply.

when it says request timed out with the code i supplied it means that their server cannot reply fast enough to ur ping. 1) because ur doing it so fast and 2) cuz the packet is so big, they are being overloaded with packets

-w 1 states that it will send 65.5kb of data every 1 millisecond, meaning i think 6.55mb a second
