Cut the crap, you're doing nothing.

Want to screw Steam? Attack this:

69.28.151.178
207.173.177.11
207.173.177.12
(Steam Master Servers)

and

207.173.177.210
(Master Steam Auth Server)

and

207.173.177.160
207.173.177.19
207.173.177.15
(Slave Steam Auth Servers)

If you're successfull attacking those IP's Steam will come down (for legit and non legit users) and nobody will be able to play. Attacking their webserver is a useless crap.

This would take weeks if not months and have to come up with a good virus. Somthing like the HL2 Beta hacking incident when they started the job some 6 months prior to the actual hacking. Not worth it......

here is what to do.
Download siyunar from http://packetstorm.linuxsecurity.com/Do ... r_v1_0.zip
then run that on the steam master servers.
You need to put the port in too. It's 27010 for one of them.

When I see it, I will believe it... either way, it'll be interesting to witness :)... After all, steampowered.com is a storefront, in reference to one of the questions...
