CS.RIN.RU - Steam Underground Community

I just want to use the nosteam counterstrike for an upcoming lan, because there will be no internet-connection. =(

So i thought if i just install the nosteam it will work?
It doesnt, hehe. I started my dedicated server (wich did log on to a steam account) and tried to join it over the network, but got an error.

Is there a nosteam dedicated server or so?

i downloaded steam with cs 1.6 and HL and the cs and HL are in gcf files that are like 300mb , does anyone know if there is a way i can get these games on to the my games list and get it working.

hlds is already included when you download 1.6 ( full ) and v19, since its no internet connection you dont have to use steam or log.in in steam, hlds is found in valve folder



yes, i think dred posted already about extracting gcf's and do them in 3rd pary mode..

i dont understand any of this, i havent really played cs much and i just want to know how how the hell do i extract it, its not in a rar file or anything, and what is 3rd party. PLZ HELP

I have installed (and unistalled) cs three times before just like here it is adviced , but now there is something wrong with installation. When I try to connect servers it says "Your steam ticket has expired"

Steam is working and ticket is not expired because,i think. Do I have to make new steam account or something? I think there is nothing wrong with steam account, but still it is not working and it gives a message "Your steam ticket has expired"

Help please !

where do i change hxxp to http and fxp and ftp. where would i go to change that. is it in the file or what??

for some reason i dont see any 'target' line when i click properties on my cs 1.6 icon. help me out here~!!!!

yup thats a file link.. copy and paste it in your addres, change hxxp/fxp to http/ftp

its just like you type in http://www.......





the target line will be filled up automatically when you create a shortcut in desktop of your cs 1.6

just find hl.exe in valve folder
- right click
- Send to > desktop
