jeremyofmany, I will download the mod and fix this as soon as I have the required Steam content on my laptop.
pgase, what language are you using? and is it just for EP1?
And do you really want UCL to change the language for Steam too? UCL wasn't meant to change it, but we can implement this, if it's necessary.

For Steam client, the problem is UCL modifies this setting.
If I quite UCL, this one modifies the setting of steam automatically (... return to english by default).
In fact, UCL delete 2 registry key value (... ex: Language= french in HKLM and HKCU).

What language are you using? Did you try to reinstall the game? (choose "Extract Minimal Files" to reinstall it, or simply delete the hl2 folder in steamapps\UCL and launch it again with UCL)

When you click "Edit Content" on some game in the content list, there's a field "Additional GCFs", try adding it there instead of UCLContent.xml. I think you might be adding it in wrong place in the file. _________________

Is it possible Update UCL for TF2 ?
I have all GCF´s but i can ADD the Game ...
UCL dont detect the game

im using english. Tried using "Extract Minimal Files" but still the same. and im using my own user folder for the game. (instead of UCL)

But still, I think SteamEmu doesn't yet support TF2...
commandos769, thanks for the skins. As for mods, I have tested Insurgency and FF and they launched just fine :\
Thanks to your screenshot, I will download the mods and see what's wrong. I see what I made wrong in icon detection right now.  Will be fixed on weekend (I can fix it now, but cannot upload nor test it Have no internet in my laptop :\)
xFoXXy, that's strange, are you sure your gcfs are up to date and valid? _________________
