v2.2
* Fixed a bug where some users wouldn't be able to use unlocked items on TF2 server in some cases
* Added Scout unlocks for TF2 server
* Added an option to disable unlocked items in TF2
* Updated the game server to recognize the new revEmu 9.74 clients correctly
* Added game server policy rules so server hosters can choose which clients to accept

Meanwhile, installing HLSW version 1.2.1.2 let me send rcon commands. Why don't you try it too?
I tried from latest version one by one backwards, and v1.2.1.2 is the latest one in which rcon works on L4D servers running rev-emu.

I need the server to allow all rev emu clients old and new.. and all legit clients...
I dont want clients who are using other emus, I ONLY want rev and legit to connect and get unique steam ids... what shall I replace/remove on the cfg???
I think I shall remove:
AcceptUnknown

by removing AcceptOldEmu it will only remove revs old emus not any other old emus am I correct??

BTW, does the emu support L4D? got the feeling it crashes my server, stupidly no shell/consile available, only rev_log:

debug just logs "crash", logs just stop

l4d crashes for me with ExternalModule=steamclient_valve.so, can you try commenting that line ?

then it works.

i just recognized that the server is still on 1.0.0.9 (latest is 1.0.1.0). it´s a fresh server and it seems i picked a kinda new host on the market, submited 2 bugs (well tbh only 1, other is -autoupdate aint working) about their scripts and a suggestion to add a "update server" button to their panel (using updatetool) already <.< (but priceings are great :D)

to sum that up:

L4D 1.0.1.1

Legit = Fine

With ExternalModule = Crash

Without ExternalModule = Runs, No VAC, Joining possible with Steam (can´t test NS sorry) + Legit ID assigned, No rcon possible through HLSW (L4D console works), SourceMod (tested 1.2) issues; not visible on HLSW + stats (HLstatsX CE) ain´t working (loggaddress_add broken?)

Try HLSW 1.2.1.2.

Nice. with rev 2.2 I finally cracked my tf2 server, lol.

But I have a question about unlocks.

Is there anyway way to let the legit TF2 clients use unlockable weapons and only disable unlockables to cracked ones. I mean to completely disable that part of the code, that messes with unlockables?

Because as I understand, if unlockables are enabled you only can use them and cant switch back to standart weapons?

hey, i running rev emu 2.2 on my server, it works great, but HLSW and ingame server browser doesnt show nonsteam players who playing on the server.

any ideas?

addition:

legit can´t connect (probably was using blank server when stating legit can join),

"Lobby session expired" is shown on the backround info, i guess it´s due the lacking steam connection of server?
Cracked clients can join using rev client emu!
