Running it like this doesn't help:

and for me it doesnt works...

revemu linix is dead whitout glibc2.11 version

using the new update from bir3yk on linux and getting segmentation fault crash.

works fine without revemu added.

also updated to latest dev amxmox release.

  1. [S_API FAIL] SteamAPI_Init() failed; SteamAPI_IsSteamRunning() failed.
  2. ./hlds_run: line 255: 23975 Segmentation fault      $HL_CMD

Hi bir3yk, what clients can connect if the server is patched with latest revEmu ?
i mean what versions of clientside revEmu can be used , or any other clientside emulator

can you add a cvar if somebody is trying to connect to the server with an older client that is not allowed to get a message like
  1. reject_old "Your client is to old , download or update it from ....."

oh yea that worked! so why do i need to create a bash script to run it like that, is there a place i can enter that app id myself so i dont need to use a bash script?

bir3yk what do you think about a Linux Client Version??? Yesterday I extracted the GCFs of CS Source und tried to run the game non-Steam with the Rev-Emu Linux SRCDS binaries.... ;) after I execute the hl2_linux bin, it called "Can“t load filesystem_steam.so". The binaries does exist but don't load.

trying to run latest linux hlds server (5956), after install latest revemu my server crash...

and nothing help to fix, if remove it, then server works, but ofcourse only steam users can connect...
