Hello, just today I created a Steam backup of TES IV: Oblivion in CSD format. Trying to extract it via sisInstall resulted in the following error:
I looked into the CSD files and noticed that the "zip-formatted" entries are not called "zip" anymore, as in previous backups, but just "z" instead. Is this a known effect or did Valve change the CSD format? By the way: Thanks for your work and sisInstall! Update: In the meantime, I took the liberty of "hacking" (so to say) sisInstall.exe by truncating the "zip" string constant to "z". Using this naively modified executable, I was able to extract the new CSD backup files just fine. So the obvious change only seems to be the naming convention. Would you be so kind and compile a new version of sisInstall? That would be great.

It would be great if you add steam guard support in your future release. |

sisInstall is a console application. You have to open a command prompt window, change to the directory it's installed on, then run it from there. The arguments you must use to perform tasks are listed in the first post. viewtopic.php?p=591893#p591893 |
