can you make sure your using my client.dll included with my loader, and if your still getting a CTD can you post the stryder.txt in your game dir

Most of people (including me) in my network using the same distrib of Left 4 Dead 2 based on clean files and Stryder's loader got CTD after connect to server + 10-20 seconds ingame (or end of map load in singleplayer). It happened exactly on Sundays - on 6th and 13th of December (my timezone is GMT +2). Changing the date to Oct. 29 solved the problem. But, it's really misterious how it can be related to exact dates or days. Btw, now the game works fine.
If i experience that issue on next Sunday i'll post there my stryder.txt. Overall, any thoughts guys?

Different checks are done at different times, if you get a CTD, all i need is to see what file it tries to check, then I just need to find the correct info for the file and add it.

Ok, tommorow I'll try to change the date back to Dec 13 and see what will happen. If crashes would take place, then i'll post stryder.txt here.

i got the same checks as you on my log, make sure your using the client.dll provided with my loader else it will crash.

reaper, use this MD5 Left 4 Dead 2 Check Software. Created by YourEnemypl, hes my good friend. And compare your copy with steam copy and find out wats missing in your game. http://fxtoolz.republika.pl/game_releases_check.rarit has my md5 (it excludes sound andsome other files) you can test it. And find out wats missing in your copy.) (use ganimd5list for refrence) And this is the standalone, check whether it works for you. I dont think that i have missing files.. because i have a Clean Original Steam Download... but i need some Cracked version for Lan-Party

I've also the original steam client installed (beta version user), can be that? Maybe is not only in "hkey_current_user" i'm checking

Hello!
I have the same problem, when i create a server, the game CTD-s.
When I enter a server and spawn as a zombie, CTD, sometimes even when I'm not spawing. Can't spawn as a survivor eather. It happend a few days back, then i updated to 2006, still the same, waited for a day, downloaded THEPIRATEGAY's release, did everything right, probably.. and still getting CTDs. Is it my computer (which would be really bad, because the problem would be harder to find out) or what ?
Procmon.exe didn't find anything, just a random CTD out of fucking nowhere.

EDIT: Acts the same using revloader EDIT2: Well, seems that Client.dll had a bug, I replaced it with the old one (7.08 MB instead of the new 7.09 MB one) and got it working again. _________________
