CS.RIN.RU - Steam Underground Community

Turns out this problem seems to be related to the App Subscription License. I tested downloading the depot with two accounts that owned TF2 before it became Free-to-Play, both receive the exception error.

An account which does not have a paid subscription can download the depot fine though because the depot is now free-for-all. But since Steam downloads the depot I believe this is a bug, no?

maybe... i would need such an account to test

Some new games like Grid 2/Dark/Deadpool/Mortal kombat don't have a name in cdr and it still is ValveTestApp, maybe TINcft should check first the appinfo for game's name and if it doesn't exist then it shows whatever is written in cdr.

I have that Log:I don't hane any idea how to fix that, I reinatall the whole game may times and i dont know what i'm doing wrog

but i already modifed a few things in the update commit process, so maybe it's already fixed ...

thanks. it is crashing cause it's an update created with an older version of TINcft. since then i added a buildID in the update. and i forgot to chekc if it is existing before retrieving to update the acf when i commit the update installation...
i added that check just in case ...

thou its currently updating the appinfo cache since its showing a percentage indicator , is this ok so far , oh and do i have to exit steam or can i run both , thou as a precaution ive exited steam

u can ignore the "unknown message" warning.
yeah, it's more than advised to close steam while u update games with tincft
about downloading, if u don't own the game, u can't download it with tincft, as u need an ownership ticket to download it
