Maybe try to make RVTFix for DR2? Its not SO MUCH unoptimized as Voksi says :C, it would be awesome work because this game is finally on steamworks!

Saving works when setting a ManualSteamId, just make sure that every player uses a different one.
I added my configuration which I've been testing in campaign co-op.
It's also important to know how the saving system in co-op works: only the player who 'hosts' the game is able to create a story save;
the other people who join can only create a co-op save (character stats).

But there is a problem with unlocking DLC. I'm always getting a DLC files are corrupt and cannot be loaded message.
Checked them twice and they're unlocking fine with 3dm emu.

Also no saving with steamworks fix... we tried.

Does the PROPHET release work over LAN or Tunngle? I've been trying to get this working in various ways, and I haven't had any luck. I would love any sort of help people could give me.

I've tried the MPFix listed on Tunngle (by xps2) with the RELOADED alone, with the DLC, and SmartSteamEmu.

When I try to make a game Private/Public it gets stuck loading, and I have to force quit the game.
I've tried the "keeping Steam open" option, and I get "Access Denied"
I have tried various appIDs from all the versions.

Does anyone still have this working that could give me a description how they did it?

Just going to say how much i love this launcher... So much in fact that i made a multi launcher for it...

This makes it possible to centralize your smartsteam games! :8=) Its super easy to use and includes a bunch of example ini files to play with... extract to a folder and then put smartsteamemu in a folder with that name under my launcher and your good to go.

Eg. F:\games\SSE-MULTILAUNCHER\smartsteamemu

Dear developer how to use shortcut parameters correctly? I tried on GoldSource games all failed.

My method (step by step):
1. Open SmartSteamEmu.ini and edit target to Target = hl.exe
2. Comment on CommandLine in SmartSteamEmu.ini: #CommandLine
3. Set appid to 0: AppId = 0
4. Run game using SSE loader with parameters: -steam -game czero -appid 80 -noforcemparms -noforcemaccel -noforcemspd -nofbo

And the result is:

It seems SSE not automatically create a steam_appid.txt in game root folder.

AppId isn't part of the loader, it is the part of SmartSteamEmu.dll, I'll make this possible on next release. You can use -launch hl.exe instead of setting it in the .ini too.
