hmm i was wondering do i MUST close firewall to create server? or else my frens cant connect to my server [PC-cillin internet security 2005] (i know it got some create port but i dunno how maybe i too dump ) and by the way can some1 teach me how to create [CS1.6] non steam server?well i cant join my server cox it got ticket error..i think i make a NOT non steam server. . .i kinda dump in create server especially non steam server..can some1 help me out?

Hmm if you played on steam servers before its possible that you have to remove all play on steam files. (A reinstall should be the easiest solution)
If your trying to create a dedicated server make sure you select the same port as you open in your firewall. Also make a shortcut that contain -nomaster.
Try to type sv_lan 1 in console.
When you have your server running type netstat -an in a command prompt. It should say 27015 (or whatever your using) somewher in the list.

oh man....when i double click the shortcut it say something bout steam.dll was not found...wat should i do??

Im afraid i don't have anything else then source dedicated server so i can't really help you there but try to add the attachment to C:\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\ah_siang\dedicated server\bin

hmmm next thing it say bout need steamemu.ini

Thx Gargamel .. nonsteam listnen server works, everybody connected without ticket error. I was opened port 27015 and used steamemu ... and added -nomaster in shortcut
