Well i check the status from steampowered when the ticket error first came out...well for my surprise the player in servers actually increased on the steampowered status page...well now i know why... the dam servers are full with fucking bots.....

Yeah I'm using both the cracked version and Steam with my account and Steam really is something that only a complete idiot can come up with. It takes more than half on hour to get to play the first game, and I have 8 Mbit.

I hope Valve will lose in the fight between them and VU Games
when they stand trial.

LOL, bots? Now it makes sense. It never occurred to me that they would stoop this low although I should've known better. I remember in the beginning of Steam when they boasted that 800 cafes signed up right away with their stupid cyber cafe program, so people were asking to see the list so they can go to the closest one and play. For almost over a year Valve ignored their request. Finally the list came out, and the numbers didn't even reach 700.

Lying bastards.

We are not talking about how the servers are denying our access.

This topic is about the "mystery" of why the number of players spiked up instead of going down after the silent update started denying invalid ticket ID users access to the servers. In the first post Hellboss was saying that he found out the reason was because bots started to fill up the servers. I responded to the revelation by drawing parallel on how Valve also padded their participating Cyber Cafe numbers in their Cyber Cafe program in order to deceive and falsely impress the public.

Anyway, getting back to the topic: Valve sucks.

Doesn't have to be the bots only, those figures can easelly being tampered with. The artificial aspect that I've written in my article about non-addressed issues . . .
