The problem is that i don't have my username folder in Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps
What is the problem...?

You have only an username folder in Steamapps when you crated an account with something in it.

i installed steam, then created account, but my username folder don't exist

i think that would be the default folder, username will show up in steamapps folder when you start playing the game..
