ok, this is getting really annoy now, i have downloaded a number of custom made single player maps from "halflife2.filefront.com" and only one of them worked!!
i've downloaded:
Quote:
-Antlion Troopers
-Combine Onslaught
-Day Hard part 2
-Lamesa School
-Rock v2
-The Bunker

and only Combline Onslaught worked?! i don't get it, why don't all the other ones worked?
im using hCUPa's Steam Emu 6.32, btw.
i have tryed the following command: (from a website and i've put them in a .cfg file so when i see "AI Disabled" i can just type "exec ai_fix")
ai_norebuildgraph      "1"
ai_disable         "0"
ai_resume

but it didn't work, so what can i do to make it work? please help?!

I hope not. Forget the "d" in the end, just "ai_disable"

but we are talking about custom made SP maps, not official HL2 SP maps. i've never got the AI disabled message when playing HL2 SP, but nearly every user made SP maps comes up with that!! please help?!

well, all that is is everytime you go on a new map, it enters "ai_disable 0" and "ai_resume" i have done that, but it still doesn't work!
i've also copyed the whole zip file's contant into my hl2 folder, (with the cfg files in the right place of cource) and it doesn't make a difference.
here's what i've typed into my consol at the mement:

and here's an ingame screenshot

here's my "ai_fix.cfg" file after my modification:
ai_norebuildgraph "1"
ai_disable "0"
ai_resume

ai_show_hints
ai_show_connect
ai_nodes

have anyone downloaded SP maps?? how well does yours work??

Type:

ai_norebuildgraph 0

in the console before loading the custom map. That will create a node graph, needed for all NPCs and AI in HL2 in order to work and navigate. Switch the cmd back to 1 if you're playing original maps...

well, in my "autoexec.cfg" i've been using for the whole HL2 SP camp, is:
Quote:
ai_norebuildgraph "1"
ai_disable "0"

so you are saying that changing the "ai_norebuildgraph " to 0 will enable AI in customer made maps? i'll try that when i got home.
