Post Post subject: Steam validation rejected

i just installed CSS with emproio 9, but i edited the steamapp. i start the game, the command line opens automaticly. but what then? when i find a server, i join it, but then --Steam validation rejected--
how can i fix this?

run launcher.exe and click online play = yes

or
rename steam.dll.off to steam.dll
make a shortcut of hl2.exe
rightclick on it and add
-steam -game cstrike
in the target in the properties
run the shortcut

doesnt work,now its Steam Ticket has expired
but what u mean with run launcher.exe and click online play = yes???
