CS.RIN.RU - Steam Underground Community

Can anybody help me to install CSS??
i have downloaded it from here:

but how you see this is file is endling with .tar or when i satrt it, it ends with .ru.. i triet isobuster too but nothing more i can do by myself... i need yor help

.tar can be open with WINRAR..

for the .ru try to rename it in .tar, .rar, or .zip

hey man to rename the file like .zip to .anything
i use this program called ante renamer here is the link to download

and i have added the software in the attachment its full and easy to use and the software is free no registration or anything no need for crack its a freeware
