you have to wait 50sec till download starts! works fine! get update 9 first, then extract to your css folder! no more bugs instead of ticket error :D

hmm... link works for me! you click on the link, on the new window, you click on "Kostenlos" (almost at the end), then you wait 50sec and then you click on the link!
works perfect for me!
