sir farooq, the one you posted isn't compatible with dack's patch sad to say...

I use Stryder's 2.0.0.3 update with dack23's crack. Works perfect for me (multiplayer, singleplayer).

Switched to Stryder's loader and everything is nearly perfect (single and Multi)

Played for 3 hours with versus and 4 hours for coop lan, no CTD and it saves temporary achievements....

And I use Version 2.0.0.4!

Use stryder's loader people...

in this update is no new client.dll

I think dack's crack is the cleanest on the market compared to stryder's for example.
stryder's one : error message on quit, have to launch a "Launch.exe", have to use a "plugin" to get a permanent nickname (wtf!? ) -> too dirty for me.
That's why I'd rather prefer a 2.0.0.3 update for dack23's patch

The 2.0.0.4 Update can be found here (viewtopic.php?f=10&t=54613) it runs fine with Stryder's crack but don't use the 2.0.0.4 client.dll, looks like Valve improved the CEG protection so the the game will CTD before you get to the menu.
Keep the 2.0.0.3 client.dll and you'll be fine.

You consider it clean if you need to add Registry keys and change your system date?
Stryder's crack is the best and cleanest solution out there, you can use the Loader.exe or the patched left4dead2.exe, no need to add Registry keys or change the system date.

can you create a 2.0.0.4 update and upload it?
